Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of online courses, once a course is accessed or started, refunds are generally not provided.

However, refund requests may be considered within 3 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed.

For electronics kits purchased through our website:

If the product is damaged or defective, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery.
The product may be eligible for replacement or refund after verification.

Returned products must be in unused and original condition.

If a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
